Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Policies, with experience managing HR programs in a public or complex organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and grievance or investigation processes.
- Experience leading Performance Management initiatives, including setting standards, evaluating performance, and supporting employee development.
- Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with proven ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing HR teams and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making.
