Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and maintain all Behavioral Health employee files.
- Review and maintain the training/certification/licensure log for all Behavioral Health employees to ensure all required trainings and renewals are completed and filed within required timeframes.
- Maintain a working knowledge of program expectations for record documentation, as well as facility and program policies.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all staff members.
- Provide a pleasant and welcoming attitude toward community members seeking assistance in person or by phone.
- Meet with supervisor weekly to discuss current and future work duties.
- Maintain program logs as specified by the supervisor.
- Schedule all assessment and intake appointments and keep the supervisor updated on this process.
- Assist referral sources with making referrals to outpatient and residential treatment programs and review referrals with the supervisor.
- Update and maintain referral logs for all treatment programs.
- Notify all appropriate staff of upcoming assessment and intake appointments via email.
- Perform receptionist duties for Behavioral Health and other programs as specified by the supervisor.
- Complete monthly client follow-ups and maintain this data in the outcomes log.
- Maintain the outcomes binder.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
