- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate and update Schedules for the Director of Operations
- Track Disciplinary Actions for All Employees at the General Service Warehouse
- Assist the Director with grievances.
- Coordinate Work Orders with Operations Manager and Director
- Coordinate and Assign Job Requisitions for General Services County Wide.
- PA's (New Hires/Transfers)
- Leave of Absence
- Pay Roll Almshouse Warehouse
- Location Sheets for Trades and Warehouse Employees
- Track Overtime Hours for Trades and Warehouse Employees
- Uniforms for Warehouse and Parks Employees
- Prepare and receive Timecards Warehouse Employees
- Prepare and receive Timecards Parks Employees
- Arrange for Carshare Request check employee's credentials.
- Prepare and receive key pickups and drop offs for the Lock Box for Carshare
- Close Out Work Order for Warehouse Assignments
- Receive Call Outs and log to employee's folder.
- Keep Track of Shoe Allowance Reimbursements for Warehouse Employees
- Weekly Job Postings
- Manage Fleet Maintenance scheduling for county Vehicles.
- License Reimbursements
- Assist with phone calls for 3950 main extensions.
- Keep spread sheets for ordering what custodians need.
- Interviews
- Manage the recycling account for General Services
- Credit Card Authorization for materials purchased for projects.
- Assist in Material Charge Backs for work at other departments.
- Performs similar or related duties as assigned/required.

- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
- Organized, accurate, and able to carry out directions to achieve the end goal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a keyboard skill of 45 wpm.
- Payroll software a plus.
- Ability to introduce and implement innovative ideas, be highly organized with ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
- Must be able to work without direction with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
