QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal Veterinary Customer Service Associate has experience in a veterinary setting, but it's not required. Here are the minimum criteria:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Comfort handling animals of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
WHAT TO EXPECT
This position normally works Monday - Friday.
You're the welcoming presence who greets clients as they visit or call our clinic, and you take excellent care of their beloved pets. You schedule appointments, answer questions, update patient records, and facilitate positive client experiences. As needed, you jump in to support our pet care team with tasks like taking vitals and handling animals during exams.
