HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Our Veterinary Receptionist - Customer Service Rep works a Monday - Friday schedule.
In this role, you're the friendly face who greets pet owners when they visit our clinic and the warm voice who answers the phone. You set the tone for positive patient experiences, and you assist clients by scheduling appointments, updating records, providing information about our services, and checking patients in and out of the clinic. As needed, you get hands-on with the pets and assist our team with taking vitals and performing exams. You help keep our clinic clean and our clients satisfied!
Are you the right one for the job? Here's what you need:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Comfort handling animals of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in a veterinary setting would be a bonus!
