We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy sessions
Implementing treatments and exercises as directed by physical therapists
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participating in patient care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized treatment plans
