This leadership role combines therapeutic counseling, staff supervision, and daily program coordination in a structured, trauma-informed residential setting serving adults with behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Coordinate daily therapeutic programming
- Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and treatment planning
- Monitor client progress and behavioral stability
- Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts
- Ensure documentation and program compliance standards are maintained
- Collaborate with nursing, providers, PASSE care coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field
- Active Arkansas PLMSW, LMSW, LPC-A, or equivalent license
- Experience in behavioral health, residential services, or community mental health
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced therapeutic environment

Pay: $68,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
