About the Role
As a Fence Installer, you’ll help build high-quality fencing systems including chain link, wood, vinyl, and ornamental fences. This is a hands-on, outdoor position where reliability, effort, and teamwork matter.
Work includes primarily residential projects, with some commercial work mixed in as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Install a variety of fencing systems with precision and professionalism
- Prepare job sites, dig post holes, set posts, and install materials
- Repair and maintain existing fences and gates
- Safely handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work closely with crew members and Foreman to complete jobs on time, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability (show up on time, ready to work)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor consistently
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
Preferred (Not Required)
- Fence installation or general construction experience
- CDL or willingness to obtain
