Paid CNA Training Program

Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility is hiring for our Paid CNA Training Program, created for individuals who want to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Whether you're starting your first career or looking for a new opportunity, we'll help you build the skills needed to succeed.

This program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical training in a skilled nursing environment.

What We Offer

• No cost to participate in the training program
• Paid clinical training at $15.50 per hour
• Approximately 40 hours per week during training
• Hands-on experience caring for residents
• Guidance from experienced nursing professionals
  
  

After Successful Completion

Participants who successfully complete the program and obtain State CNA certification may be offered a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position at Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility.

Starting CNA pay: $19.50 per hour
