Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Perform and coordinate building maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program.
- Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and operating efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations.
- Prioritize projects and manage multiple maintenance needs.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Building maintenance and repair experience required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service for our residents.
