Position Summary
Countryside Baptist Church is seeking a dependable, organized, and ministry-minded Office Assistant & Digital Media Coordinator to support church operations, communications, and pastoral ministry. This part-time position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a heart for serving others in a church environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly bulletins, announcements, worship slides, and monthly newsletters
- Manage church communications through email, website, and other digital platforms
- Maintain member, visitor, and church records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate the church calendar, facility reservations, and office operations
- Communicate prayer requests and congregational care updates
- Provide administrative support for church events and ministry leaders
- Assist with implementing improved digital systems and communication processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional education or administrative training preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and basic database systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Schedule & Compensation
