Medication Aide Care Giver – Memory Care
Location: Redmond, Oregon
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medication Aide and Care Giver to join our memory care team. This role is responsible for safely administering medications and the general care of residents while providing hands-on care and support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
You’ll be a key part of the care team—ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications as ordered and document accurately on MARs
- Observe residents for side effects, changes in condition, and report concerns
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Provide redirection and behavioral support for residents with dementia
- Maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment
- Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership
- Follow all state regulations and community policies for medication management
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medications
Qualifications
- Current CNA license in Oregon (preferred)
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (we will provide CPR CERT)
- Experience in memory care or dementia care strongly preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
