Country Lane Manor is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide quality resident care while safely administering medications in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
Position Details

Key Responsibilities
Safely prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, mobility, and meals
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and their families
Maintain accurate medication administration records
Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility policies
Support nursing staff with additional duties to promote high-quality resident care
Qualifications
Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
Successful completion of a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) course in accordance with Iowa state requirements
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Must be compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
