What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at Country Inns & Suites?
We have an immediate need for a part-time Night Auditor/Front Desk.
Saturday & Sunday 11pm-7am & 2-3 days during the week 7a-3p/3p-11p..
Guest Service Agents must have open availability, including weekends, and must be flexible.
Experience in Hospitality or Customer Service preferred but not required.
Guest Service Agents are the front line to our customers.
Job Description
. Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
· Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
· Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
· Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.
· Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
· Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration cards, reservation cards, and property walks.
· Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and travel directions.
· Records pertinent guest information in the pass on log.
· Ensures common area/lobby is clean
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
