The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the following:
- Guest Check-in & Check-out
- Cash/Credit Card Transactions
- Answering the phone
- Making Reservations
- Keep the Front Desk Area Neat & Clean
- Help Breakfast lady in the morning
- Help with Washing, drying, and folding sheets, towels, blankets, shower curtains etc
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain a Professional Attitude to all Guests, Associates & Vendors
