Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to provide a fresh and comfortable stay for guests.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain a pristine appearance across all surfaces.
- Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting with precision.
- Assist with laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing when needed.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to guarantee a hygienic environment that exceeds guest expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Strong background in hospitality or janitorial services with an understanding of industry standards.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently using appropriate equipment and supplies.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts; capable of handling repetitive tasks.
