Hotel Housekeeper ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Job Overview

We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job. As a Housekeeper at Country Inn & Suites, you'll play one of the most important roles in the hotel. Every clean room is a chance to make someone's trip a little better.

If you're dependable, take pride in your work, enjoy staying busy, and like being part of a team that appreciates what you do, we'd love to meet you. Experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Country Inn & Suites brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and high-touch surfaces.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and ensure every room is guest-ready.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Clean assigned public areas and help keep the hotel looking its best.
• Stock housekeeping carts and linen closets throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Support your teammates and help create an exceptional guest experience.

Experience

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
