Job Overview
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Forest Lake is looking for a friendly, dependable, and flexible Front Desk Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and working in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you. This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel property management system.
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with breakfast setup, stocking, or light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and work areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow hotel policies, cash-handling procedures, and brand standards.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
