Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is seeking a highly motivated individual who is responsible for providing sales and front desk support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask, accept new challenges with skill, and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service, initiative, problem solving skills, and have front desk and or hotel sales office experience.
Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

- Coordinating client needs and events.
- Data entry and administrative tasks
- Managing all guest room inventory
- Managing all leads and inquiry’s
- Managing communication between the Sales Office, Front Desk and Housekeeping Department.
- Managing all group billing and commissions
- Ordering and managing all Sales collateral
- Generating all requested reports on a daily basis, and constructing the daily VIP report, and guest service updates
- Generating weekly staff packets
- Generating weekly pickup reports, and managing inventory changes and requests
- Answering phones and taking leads
- Keeping the Sales Department stocked with Office Supplies, Sales Packets & Catering Menus
- Team Work–Contributes to building a positive team spirit
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Completes requests of General Manager and other management personnel, as applicable
The Successful Sales Coordinator Candidate
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of the following computer applications: Opera, SalesPro, and Cvent
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- 1 years hotel sales experience is preferred, but will accept candidates with strong administrative background.
