Front Desk Agent 3pm-11pm

The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Lawrence is seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records
• Assist with light cleaning and housekeeping-related tasks as needed
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Help ensure a positive guest experience throughout each stay

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Open availability preferred
