What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Country inn and suites?
Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out.
- Make and manage reservations.
- Answer phone calls and assist guests.
- Process payments accurately.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Must be dependable, punctual, friendly, and comfortable working with guests.
Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend availability is required.
