What You’ll Do
As a barista at Country Grounds, your role is simple: Create an experience people come back for
- Craft high-quality drinks with speed consistency
- Deliver friendly, upbeat, and memorable customer service
- Work as a team to keep shifts smooth and efficient
- Stay organized and detail-oriented during busy rushes
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running strong
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need barista experience, we’ll train you.But you do need the right mindset:

- Team player with strong communication

- Takes pride in doing things right
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Customer service
- Food & beverage
- Retail or hospitality
Availability
- Must be available between 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Weekend availability is required (our busiest most fun shifts)
- Occasional holidays or extended hours as needed
Requirements
- Food Handler’s Card (by start date)
- Ability to stay on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment as needed
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools

- Average hourly earnings: $19/hour (including tips)
- Baristas average ~$10/hour in tips alone
