Job Overview
Country Friends Assisted Living is hiring for 2nd shift. Shift hours are 2pm-10pm. Every other weekend off. Full time and part time available.
Duties
- Assist residents with ADL's including - Dressing, Bathing, Personal Hygiene, Mobility, Meals, etc.
- Administer medication after on site training is complete.
- Laundry and Light housekeeping
- Meal prep and service
- Companionship and emotional support
- Anything else the resident may require.
Qualifications
- Ideal applicants should have experience with resident care. Adult foster care and dementia experience is appreciated but not required
- All applicants must be able to pass a state and federal background check
- All applicants must have reliable transportation
- All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and be able to lift 50 pounds
Training
- Medication administration and documentation done on site
- First Aid and CPR done on site
- Dementia training done on site
- Proper body mechanics and handling of elderly residents done on site
- Proper meal preparation and service done on site

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
