Part-Time Caregiver – Flexible Day & Evening Shifts
Location: Greater Lansing Area
Do you enjoy building meaningful relationships and making a real difference in someone’s day? We’re looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team and support older adults in their homes.
Available Shifts (4-hour blocks)
We are specifically hiring for consistent availability in one or more of the following timeframes:

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
-
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Caregivers typically work around 20 hours per week, with schedules built around your availability. Every other weekend rotation is required.
What You’ll Do

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Help with errands and transportation

Support daily routines to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home
What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or equivalent)

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance with your name on the policy

A caring, patient attitude and strong communication skills
