Veterinary Receptionist – Full Time
Country Club Veterinary Clinic – Lake Charles, LA
Country Club Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate and dedicated team. As a busy, locally owned small animal practice, we are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Previous veterinary experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping both people and pets. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, eager to learn, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities Include:
· Welcoming clients and pets with professionalism and compassion
· Answering multi-line phone systems
· Scheduling and confirming appointments
· Checking patients in and out efficiently
· Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
· Communicating effectively with veterinarians and staff
· Assisting clients with questions, medication pick-ups, and general support
· Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk area
· Contributing to a positive and team-oriented workplace
Ideal Candidate:

· Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
· Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
