- Partner with Food & Beverage leaders on staffing, retention, workforce planning, and team development
- Coach managers through performance management, accountability, employee relations, and leadership challenges
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and leadership development initiatives
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend practical solutions to improve engagement and retention
- Champion employee engagement, recognition, and service culture initiatives
- Serve as a visible and trusted partner to employees and leaders throughout the operation
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, restaurants, hotels, private clubs, or similar service-focused environments
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive situations
- Passion for developing people and strengthening workplace culture
Schedule
Full-time, on-site position that typically follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM across both campuses. Weekend shifts, employee events, major Club events, and occasional schedule adjustments for urgent operational needs may be required with advance notice.
