Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging activity programs that cater to residents’ interests, abilities, and health conditions, including memory care and dementia care needs
- Assist residents with daily activities (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and mobility support during activities
- Manage activity schedules efficiently to maximize participation and resource utilization
- Maintain accurate records of participation, resident feedback, and activity outcomes for continuous improvement
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
