Job Summary

Duties
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in childcare is desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in infant care and toddler care is highly desirable.
- Ability to create an engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
