- Familiarity with merchandising best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Background in merchandising, stocking, inventory management, POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Experience in floral design is a plus!
