Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
- Assist with stocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance their experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash drawers.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
