The ideal candidate should be proficient in doing take-offs for countertops and flooring. Enjoy interacting with interior designers, contractors and homeowners.
Position will require candidate to be in the showroom. This is a salary position offering a base pay plus commissions from $60,000 to $150,000 annually.
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge doing take offs for countertops using granite, quartz and quartzite.
- Take accurate as-built measurements for developing plans and elevations.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Compose detailed customer contracts with material and labor pricing.
- Regularly follow up with clients, construction managers, and installers.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous, time sensitive projects with a positive attitude.
- Personal vehicle with current driver’s license.
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
