Laminate Production Worker

Counter-Form LLC is looking for a Laminate Production Worker!!

Starting at $17-$19 /hr based on experience!

Production Schedule: Starting at 6:30 AM

What will you do:

• Review daily production schedules and prioritize material preparation
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and specifications
• Cut laminate to size using table saws and other equipment
• Prepare and organize laminate and core materials for production
• Sort and organize laminate, caps, and bands per order lists
• Roll laminate for shipment or transfer to other departments
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure non-stock laminate meets quality and inventory standards
• Work with Shipping and other departments to support efficient workflow
• Move and stack stock-core materials (8–12 feet in length)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Support team members and contribute to process improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you need:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments (1–3 years preferred)
• Ability to read tape measures, work orders, and specifications accurately
• Experience using hand and power tools (saws, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines
• Solid understanding of material handling processes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving ability
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials (up to 75 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE

Preferred:

• Experience with laminate or woodworking materials
• Forklift experience
• Familiarity with inventory or material handling systems
