Job Summary
Strek-O Doors is growing. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in full-time production positions in Lumber Processing, Pressing, Sanding/Inspection, Machining, Packaging, Shipping/Receiving and Forklift. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. The roles involve working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties
- Operate various machinery and power tools as per specifications.
- Assemble products, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse and factory setting.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
Skills .
- Experience working in a factory environment .
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for finishing and assembly tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
