Weekend Warrior Needed – Immediate Opening!
Supported Community Living Staff – My Pad Program, Middlebury, VT
Our My Pad residential program is looking for compassionate, dependable staff to provide essential Saturday & Sunday daytime support to adults experiencing challenges in mental health. If you’ve been looking for meaningful work that fits around your weekday schedule — this is it.
No extensive experience? No problem.
If you’re dependable, caring, and ready to learn — we will train you.

You’ll work 1:1 with a resident on Saturday and Sunday during the day, helping strengthen daily living skills, working toward wellness and recovery, and building independence. Your weekends won’t just be shifts. It will be a rewarding time with meaningful connections. Your consistent presence makes progress possible.
What You’ll Do
- Build positive, supportive relationships
- Help residents strengthen coping skills and work toward recovery goals
- Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry, hygiene routine)
- Support medication administration (training provided)
- Help maintain a safe, stable living environment

Experience in mental health or human services is helpful — but not required if you’re trainable and motivated.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $21.43/hour
- This position can be full-time with full benefits if you have additional availability to work at least 30 hours. There are shift differentials of $3 for evening hours and $4 for overnights.
