Peer Support Specialist at Interlude & Mobile Crisis Peer Support Advocate
(32 hours/week, Fully Benefited Position)

Role 1: Peer Support Specialist at Interlude
Hours: 16 hours/week
Schedule: Weekdays, Monday–Friday
As a Peer Support Specialist at Interlude—a welcoming, non-clinical crisis support space—you will support adults experiencing emotional distress or life disruption. You’ll engage in supportive, person-centered dialogue, grounded in mutuality, lived experience, and trust. Support may include talking through challenges, participating in calming or creative activities, and co-developing plans for moving through difficult times.
Role 2: Mobile Crisis Peer Support Advocate
Hours: 16 hours/week
Schedule: May include evenings and weekends
In this role, you’ll be part of a two-person Mobile Crisis Team offering immediate, in-person support at a location chosen by the person in crisis. You’ll work alongside CSAC’s emergency team to offer non-coercive, person-centered care. Your focus will be on listening, validating, and supporting individuals toward relief from distress. You’ll also help identify services, resources, and strategies to manage future crises.
This is a fully benefited 32-hour/week position at $23.57/hour, with meaningful, direct impact in the community.
