The Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC) is seeking a Medical Director to join our community mental health practice. This is a unique opportunity to develop and participate in innovative practice models in a small-town Vermont setting.

The Medical Director provides leadership to the Psychiatry team and collaborates with a wide variety of colleagues to support high quality client care at all levels of the organization. The responsibilities can be somewhat flexible, depending on your interests and experience, but would include some combination of clinical supervision, direct client care, ensuring compliance with relevant state regulations, acting as liaison to community partners, and advocacy. This position could be part-time or full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of psychiatry in Addison County! Full-time salary starting in the range of $200K–$235K.
