What are the responsibilities and job description for the QBHP/FORP position at Counseling Clinic, Inc?
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the following duties as delegated by the Community Support Clinical Supervisor. Characteristics and competencies consistent with this agency’s code of ethics and commitment to the vision and mission statement are required for this position. This position will also be responsible for FORP (Forensic Outpatient Restoration Program).
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participates in planning, developing and evaluation of program: provides expert knowledge in the area of planning of program design; interprets and comments on program development policies and procedures; reviews and responds to evaluation phases; advises director in matters of general operation; consults with the director in matters of programming; cooperates in determining program priorities/adaptation.
2. Directs and supervises activity units: general guidelines for activity unit; participates in daily program; provides direction in the planning and developing of activity unit; assigns activity unit tasks to staff; reviews and approves program methods of staff; monitors and reviews activity unit program phases; provides assistance in carrying out assigned tasks and problem solving.
3. Serve as appropriate role model, interact with members in an appropriate manner, direct activities in assigned activity units, assist members in activities of daily living skills, and monitor and schedule work assignments.
4. Monitor members needs and progress, communicate this information to the staff, and document in charts.
5. FORP - Responsible for weekly assessments at the Saline County Detention Center and/or other places in the community for court evaluations.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator and/or Program Director.
