- Coordinating transportation
- Assessing benefit needs
- Refer internally to Centers Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, Primary Care Clinic, Pharmacy, Unhoused Team, Financial Coordinator
- Partner with local VA's and outreach programs
This position is deemed safety-sensitive
Education & Experience:
High School Education or equivalent
Valid Arkansas driver's license with record acceptable to insurance carrier
Preferred to have lived experience related to military service
Training will be provided
