The Winnetka Thrift Shop supports the nonprofit Counseling Center of the Northshore.

The donation processor must be available to work 10am-2pm, 3 days per week. The candidate would have a set schedule.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, Donation Processor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by accurately processing daily donations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively independently or on a team.

Duties:

- Receive, inspect, and process incoming donations.
- Communicate effectively with management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Perform cleaning tasks before shift ends.

Skills:

- Experience working in a grocery or retail store environment, preferably with a focus on processing and handling products.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
