What You Will Be Doing:
Under the oversight of the Lead Operations Supervisor, the Donation Processor will be responsible for processing all mail that is received in a timely fashion. They will assist the team in receipting gifts in RTL, Donor Flow and the Recuring Engine.
Essential Functions:

- Maintain the accuracy of Collecting, Sorting, Scanning, Verifying and Receipting all physical mail pieces.
- Process complex gifts which include money orders, bequests, soft credits and wire transfers.
- Ensure non-donation-related mail is kept up to date.
- Receipt donations in RTL, Donor Flow and Recurring Engine.
- Process documentation for approval of gift adjustments and internal transfers.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the lead supervisor and manager of DRM.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience working with high-volume, transaction-based systems
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of campus wide information system software applications (such as Campus Solutions, Donor flow, Recurring Engine, Sales Force, etc.) utilized in the work unit is desirable.

This is a Part-time position up to 28 hours per week: Monday through Friday, during the hours of: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This is an in-office position with no remote work or travel expected.
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers and scanners.
