What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Three to eight years of structural design experience
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated - work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
- Base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience
- Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week
