This role oversees the development and execution of PR strategies that align with brand intelligence insights, including managing media relations, drafting and reviewing press releases, and coordinating interviews, speaking engagements, and thought leadership opportunities. The Director will collaborate closely with internal teams to translate complex AI-driven findings into clear, compelling narratives for journalists, partners, and the public. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring public sentiment and coverage, managing crisis communications, ensuring message consistency across channels, and measuring the impact of PR campaigns. The role also involves mentoring PR staff, building relationships with key media stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to elevate Co5’s visibility in relevant markets.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, with the ability to design and lead comprehensive PR strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in Media Relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers.
- Proficiency in drafting and managing Press Releases and other external communications that reflect brand voice and strategic objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in crisis communications and reputation management, ideally within technology, AI, or data-driven organizations.
- Proven leadership experience managing PR teams or cross-functional communication initiatives.
- Ability to interpret data and insights to inform messaging, media strategy, and narrative development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
