Administrative Project Assistant (Junior Functional Analyst)

Citizenship / Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 security clearance and pass government background screening.
Description of Work: The Administrative Project Assistant provides administrative and operational support to NICoE clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care operations and accurate documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for clinical operations and patient care activities.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient templates to support clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate administrative and clinical records.
- Coordinate patient flow and assist staff with administrative needs.
- Support documentation tracking and reporting processes.
- Assist in development and monitoring of operational procedures and improvement initiatives.
- Provide conference room scheduling and meeting preparation support.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to clinic operations.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Approximately 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience providing administrative support in healthcare or government environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling systems and administrative record management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred.
