Role Overview: A General Utility Worker responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen environments, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and report issues.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
