We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage resident relations, assist prospects, and achieve occupancy and renewal goals at multiple apartment communities.

- Welcoming prospects, conducting tours, and verifying eligibility
- Closing leases with a minimum 35% rental closing ratio
- Processing applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Building resident relationships and addressing concerns to promote retention
- Maintaining community appearance and managing communication channels
- Supporting marketing initiatives and organizing resident events
- Adhering to Fair Housing laws and safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Leadership desire and willingness to travel between properties
- 2 years sales experience
- 1 year multifamily leasing experience
- Familiarity with property management software
- Spanish fluency (a plus)
- $18-$19/hour plus commissions
