Role Overview: The Business Analyst II - IT Asset Management oversees the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from receipt to disposal, using ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

- Manage hardware asset lifecycle activities, including deployment, refresh, and retirement within ServiceNow.
- Analyze asset data, identify compliance gaps, and recommend cost-saving and risk mitigation strategies.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow HAM workflows, asset models, and integrations.
- Develop and document IT hardware standards, streamline procurement, and improve asset management processes.
- Create dashboards and reports to support operations, audits, and executive decision-making.
- Coordinate asset audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure CMDB compliance and governance.
- Provide training and operational guidance to teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and procurement.
- Support process improvements through business cases and standardization proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related; advanced degrees preferred.
- Certifications in ServiceNow HAM (Fundamentals, CIS), ITIL 4 Foundation, and others preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management and Business Analysis; extensive ServiceNow HAM experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT asset management frameworks and endpoint devices.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
