Coulee Medical Center is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to support the daily operations of our Rural Health Clinic and Scheduling Departments. This position plays an important role in ensuring efficient clinic workflows, provider coordination, staff support, and regulatory compliance while contributing to a positive patient and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clinic and provider scheduling operations
- Manage specialty calendars and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports, track statistics, and maintain records
- Monitor staff certifications and compliance requirements
- Assist with staff communications, evaluations, and administrative projects
- Provide general administrative support for daily clinic operations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- Healthcare or clinic experience preferred
