Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Seattle, WA. The Junior Designer will assist with space planning, create design concepts, develop construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with the design team and presenting design recommendations to clients. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to each project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and understanding of Architecture principles
- Experience with Construction Drawings and technical drafting software
- Strong knowledge of Interior Design concepts and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a design or architecture firm is a plus
