Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving desserts, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Serve desserts in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Operate POS system for order entry and payment processing.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials to effectively assist customers.
Experience
- Experience with POS systems (Toast) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay is range of $15-24/hr after tips, as this is a Tip Waged position.
