Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Farmington, UT. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, inspire and lead the team, and drive customer engagement. Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to prevent retail loss. The Store Manager will also lead and train team members, uphold company standards, and create an inclusive and customer-focused store environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Store Management, including operational oversight and team leadership
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Effective Communication skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate with team members
- Ability to implement Retail Loss Prevention measures and maintain asset protection
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
